Lensbaby baby!

A wander through the delightful brum with the new toy! This is a picture of the statue of Charles Gore, which is positioned outside St Philips Cathedral in what is known to me as pigeon park – he was the first Bishop of Brum (official title ;)) and it always makes a nice photo (following writing this I looked for a pic on Flickr to link, and I realised I haven’t uploaded the best one – shame!)

This pic, as mentioned, is taken with the lensbaby, but this time with the plastic lens, which gives even weirder effects that before, this time with chromic aberration to the max – this is normally a bad thing, but in this case it is good! And if you’re wondering what it is, it’s the blue ‘ready brek’ effect on the chappy, a fringe of colour, due to the lens acting like a prism and creating a rainbow effect – good lenses shouldn’t do this!
